This workshop will equip you with the time management skills and tools to plan, prioritise and organise your personal life so you are able to complete your tasks and goals more efficiently.


  • Identify your major time wasters and learn how to control the use of your time
  • Learn to use your down time effectively to raise energy levels, achieve balance and become more productive off the field
  • Identify your personal stress triggers and learn stress management strategies that will increase productivity, improve wellbeing and prevent burnout
  • Understand how to use a number of scheduling tools so you can schedule appointments and meetings, priorities and tasks and use your time efficiently
